Return Policies, Liabilities and Shipping info:

Most of our products are shipped the same day except weekends,or holidays. When buying around holidays shipments are sometimes delayed a little.

Bamboo Poles Bamboo Poles are measured from the widest end and are approximate in size and will be tapered. They will also not be straight. Note: Bamboo poles and Bamboo products are not returnable, sorry. We do not ship cracked bamboo but when traveling thru different climates when shipped the can crack and are non returnable. Bamboo poles are guaranteed to crack. All Bamboo products are non returnable.

When ordering fish mounts sometimes in the summer shipping delays many occur due to prime season. Fish mounts are custom made and once order is placed we can not cancel order.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTABLE: Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex and Paypal

FREIGHT DELIVERY SCHEDULES: Due to the many variables over which we have absolutely no control, we are unable to, and shall not, accept any responsibilities for untimely deliveries. All freight orders are UPS ground curbside services. Additional fees will be required for lift gate, inside delivery or any other services outside of curbside services. To have these services you would need to requested this at time of placing order.

TRACING YOUR SHIPMENT: For UPS shipments contact us or use the tracker numbers provided.

CLAIMS: No claims for allowances or returns will be considered unless we are notified within two days after receipt of goods and the product has to be shipped back for inspection with in 7 days of delivery before any refunds will be given. Emailed pictures will be require prior to shipping back so please take those right away and email back to ted@tikishackimporter.com. If customer changes their mind on any orders and products that have been shipped already there is a restocking fee of 25% charge will be added to returned merchandise to cover the shipping cost to you. Tiki Shack only offers free shipping to orders that are not returned. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost back to use. Once unused returns are inspected we will refund money less restocking fee if product is resalable. Sorry we do not offer any rentals so don't use product and send product back because we can not resale.

Tiki Shack will not accept responsibility for any damaged or lost merchandise once its delivered to and/or accepted by the transportation freight company. Please check for damage right away and if you see damage write "damage freight" on shipping label before signing anything. If you receive your order from UPS inspect right away, if you see any damage let us know withing 2 business day so we can file a claim. UPS only allows a short period of time to file claim after that time has expired we can not offer any claims for replacements or refunds. All claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the consignee to retain all packing materials for your carriers inspection or claim is void. Do not throw away anything. Pictures will be required prior to shipping back, usually by text is more convenient and quicker for both parties. Please text pictures to 951-662- thirty four seventy two.

If you have a claim you will need to ship back product at your expense for us to confirm validity of claim. If Tiki Shack Importer has made any mistake we will refund you the money for shipping back to us (shipping receipt required) plus the money you spent on product. Sorry we will not ship out another product till we receive the product back, no exceptions.

FIRE RETARDANT: Fire retardant will be removed by washing. Prior to ordering, please carefully read the following: Thru-out the country, fire inspectors may have diverse requirements and its therefore strongly recommended that you consult with your local inspector prior to any purchase or installation. NO guarantee as to the fire safety or the acceptability by the governing authorities are expressed or implied by Tiki Shack Importer.

Fire safety is very important and the standards will, and do vary. Therefore, advanced planning in conjunction with your local Fire Marshal is not only a must, but a very wise and cost effective decision.
