On one shipment, the wrong color bamboo was shipped, and when I called Tiki Shack, they immediately had UPS pick the order up and shipped correctly. We used bambo to remodel our bar (gorgeous) and I've found a way to use it in my family room remodel. My only regret is that I can't use their product for all of my remodeling because they make it so easy and painless to purchase and receive. And, as I already stated, the quality is on par with the excellent service!
